Not quite right? No problem. Here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your TF1 gear.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@tf1athletic.com. Returns need to be sent to: TF1 ATHLETIC, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE (United Kingdom).
Shipping & Delivery
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence isn't the United Kingdom, shipping may take longer than expected.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at info@tf1athletic.com so we can fix it.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we've inspected your return, we'll confirm if it's approved.
If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus £2.99 for return postage (unless defective).
If more than 15 business days pass with no refund, contact us at info@tf1athletic.com. To exchange an item, return the original and place a separate order for the new one.
