This is the story of TF1
Hi, I'm Twinelle! This is the story of why I built TF1, and the amazing community that's grown around it since.
My Story

I competed as a sprinter for over 15 years, up to international level, and one thing never changed:
Lining up against athletes who looked and felt like elite performers, kitted out by sponsors, while I had none of that support.
Track and field is chronically underfunded, travel, clothing, physio, equipment, spikes, it all comes out of your own pocket.
Specific, well-made track and field kit for women simply wasn't available unless you paid a fortune for it.
So I built the flagship product myself: our women's competition briefs, the whole reason TF1 exists.

80% of athletes at a Diamond League event I attended were wearing kit from a single brand, a far cry from the variety I saw at the Crystal Palace Grand Prix nearly 20 years ago.
Sports kit had got boring!!
Around the same time, a friend from Loughborough told me how hard it still was to find proper briefs and kit for women in the sport. That was the tipping point: if you can't buy it or find it, be the change and build it yourself!

Our TF1 Community

TF1 isn't just about the kit, it's about the people wearing it.
Every purchase helps us support the athletes who wear our brand, contributing directly back into the ambassador programme so they can keep competing, training, and repping TF1 at every level!!
When you shop with us, you're not just buying gear, you're backing real athletes.

Confidence is the word that sums up what I want people to feel in TF1. Putting on your competition kit should feel like putting on your superhero suit, like you're ready to perform as the best version of yourself.
That's not about a ranking or a selection, it's a feeling anyone can have, whether you're grassroots or international.
Inclusivity sits at the heart of TF1, connecting with athletes at every level who are all striving for the same thing, their own personal best.
